Membership

  • All members must register with the club and provide accurate contact information.
  • Members are expected to uphold the values and purpose of the club.
  • Membership may be revoked for behavior that violates club rules or code of conduct.

Conduct

  • All members must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Meetings

  • Regular meetings will be held at a time agreed upon by members and members are expected to attend meetings regularly and notify the club if they cannot attend.

Club Management

  • Roles and responsibilities (e.g., leadership, committees) will be assigned as needed and rotated periodically.
  • Club decisions will be made by majority vote during meetings, unless otherwise specified.
  • Members can submit suggestions or proposals for discussion and voting.

Club Finance

  • All club funds must be used for the benefit of the club and its members.
